How to interpret the result
Enter rates from your own current quotes. A leg-minute may differ from a conversation minute; use the vendor’s billing definition. Include minimum commitments, rounding, recording, transcription and support charges in the appropriate inputs. This model is linear and excludes taxes and any cost you omit. It does not fetch vendor prices or recommend a provider.
Compare a useful scenario
Change one assumption at a time and retain the original quote or cohort reference privately. A more precise decimal does not make an incomplete cost model reliable. Zero calls leaves the per-call estimate undefined. Values are hypothetical until reconciled with source records.
