Keep one buying framework across agencies

An IMO can help agency leaders ask consistent questions without forcing every agency into identical terms. Start with products, states, staffing and reporting needs. Document who purchases calls and who is responsible for day-to-day service.

Distinguish distribution from fulfillment

A referral or introduction does not establish a call-supply commitment. Each participating agency needs confirmed program fit, appropriate terms and actual answering capacity. Record whether the arrangement is an introduction, a direct buying relationship or another agreed model.

Make reporting useful to the right person

Agency leaders may need delivery and service information, while individual agents need their own call activity. Confirm permissions before sharing reports. Do not assume a distribution partner is entitled to consumer data or another agency’s financial details.

Choose a focused initial question

For example, determine whether an agency can reliably answer the proposed call window before discussing larger volume. Define the observation period, cost authority and evidence needed for the next decision. A small test is not a promise of availability or results.

Prepare the owner conversation

Bring the completed brief, meaningful open questions and the requested next step. RingFunnel can discuss insurance call fit and applicable availability. Book a program conversation, or use the buying specification to prepare.
