RingFunnel affiliate program terms

Version 2026-09-21-tiered-v1, effective September 21, 2026 for new applicants accepting this version. Participation and referral-link activation require approval. Existing accepted partner terms remain in effect unless separately amended with that partner. Buyer and supplier contracts remain separate.

Your monthly commission tiers

Earn $2 per qualifying call for calls 1–50, $3 for 51–100, $4 for 101–250, and $5 for 251+ each calendar month (Eastern Time). Rates apply progressively within each band, across all eligible buyers you refer. Earn for 12 months from each new referred buyer’s first paid order, with a 90-day consented referral window. Weekly manual payout review follows a 30-day verification hold; $25 minimum. Purchases alone do not earn commissions. Approval and program terms apply.

Calls 1–50 earn $2 each; 51–100 earn $3 each; 101–250 earn $4 each; 251 onward earn $5 each. No commission is earned at zero calls. Each tier applies only within its band, not retroactively to earlier calls. All eligible referred customers count together for your monthly volume. Calendar months use America/Detroit time and reset at midnight on the first. Calls are ordered by verified delivery time, with call ID breaking ties. Late verification is assigned to the original delivery month. Refunds and disqualifications recalculate that month's qualifying volume and commissions; adjustments appear in your ledger.

For example, 50 qualifying calls earn $100; 100 earn $250; 250 earn $850; 300 earn $1,100. These are arithmetic examples, not promised earnings. Commissions apply to qualifying calls delivered in the 12 calendar months from each eligible customer's first paid order; reorders do not restart the clock. This is a buyer-referral program, not a publisher agreement for supplying consumer calls.

Attribution

Your first valid, consented referral visit is eligible for attribution for 90 days. The customer must place their first paid order during that window. Tracking respects the site's existing optional advertising consent controls; blocked or declined tracking may prevent attribution. Existing customers, self-referrals and duplicate customer identities are not eligible. Attribution cannot be overwritten by a later affiliate link.

Qualifying calls and adjustments

A qualifying call is actually delivered, valid, paid by the buyer and payable under the applicable buyer and supplier agreements, with verified collection, identity and call evidence. Purchases alone do not earn commissions. Refunds, credits, chargebacks, fraud and duplicate calls may hold or reverse the associated commissions; a refunded or disputed order is held for review. Any reversal is shown in your commission history and reduces the unpaid balance. If commissions already paid are reversed, the resulting negative balance offsets future earnings.

Payouts

Commissions become eligible for weekly manual payout after a 30-day verification hold measured from verified accrual. A reinstated commission begins a new hold. The minimum payout is $25 USD; smaller balances carry forward. RingFunnel reviews eligible balances weekly and arranges the payment method directly with the approved partner before the first payment. Payout approval or export is not proof that money has been sent. Unresolved disputes and reversals can hold affected amounts.

Promotion and support

Describe RingFunnel accurately, clearly disclose your referral relationship, honor opt-outs and the rules of each channel, and do not promise income or buyer results. Do not claim to act as RingFunnel's employee or alter buyer terms. Earnings depend on qualifying activity and are not guaranteed.
